The evening features the dazzling virtuosity of Marshall McGuire on harp, with guest Concertmaster Katie Betts.

The orchestra deviates between Sarasate’s fiery to Rodrigo’s famous composition Concierto de Aranjuez – originally written for guitar, but performed of virtuosity on the harp. Russian composer Nikolai Rimsky-Korsakov also makes an appearance with his sparkling orchestral painting of Spain in his Capriccio Espagnol.
